Principal/Operations Manager

J.R. has been a Principal at DigiSource since 2003. He currently serves as the Operations Manager. J.R.’s responsibilities include: running of the day-to-day operations of the production facility, overseeing and coordinating project staffing, quality control and deadline compliance. J.R. uses his more than fifteen years of experience in the industry to develop, implement and measure processes that will continue to bring DigiSource to the forefront of Litigation Support.

In 1991, J.R. was recruited by an up-start litigation support company, soon to become national, based in Kansas City. He spent the following twelve years dedicated and focused on managing the operational challenges of a growing litigation vendor. With his success in Kansas City, J.R. had the opportunity to participate, lead and create successful start-up ventures in St. Louis and Washington, DC.

In 1999, J.R. was promoted to National Production Manager where he was focused on the success of 10 production facilities. In this role he was responsible for the development of all production process and production personnel.

Additionally, at DigiSource, J.R. manages the company’s Accounts Payable and Receivable department.
