Optical Character Recognition (OCR)-Standard OCR: DigiSource’s standard OCR processing utilizes the LAW 5.0 software applications built in Expervision engine. With the capacity to process upwards of ¼ million pages a day, DigiSource can deliver a high quality product to meet the most demanding deadlines. Generally, under most circumstances this is extremely accurate and produces quality results.

We can export converted files to the following formats to: ASCII text, IPRO Wordlist .lfp, Searchable PDF, Word, Word Perfect, HTML & RTF

For those projects that require a higher degree of reliability due to the poor quality of the original paper or images, there is a premium level of OCR we developed to address these challenges.

Without sacrificing our ability to meet tight deadlines, DigiSource’s custom distributive OCR application produces amazing results. It also has been enhanced to incorporate the European character set.

Although the Premium OCR service comes in at a slightly higher rate, many of our client’s have been extremely satisfied with the results.
